Her approach combines her academic background in business administration and international relations, her extensive professional experience for more than 15 years across various economic industries, and her commitment to spiritual development as a cornerstone of her life.
From an early age, spirituality and body movement have been central to Luisa’s life. She began practicing meditation at the age of 13, a path that emerged following a deeply surprising event: the murder of her father when she was just 11 years old. Raised by her mother alongside her older brother, Luisa learned the values of strength, resilience, and conscious care. These principles led her to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle and to deepen her personal and spiritual growth while embracing what she calls, new habits of life.
During her university years, Luisa successfully balanced her business administration studies, achieving excellent grades, while working and engaging in extracurricular activities focused on her personal development. This balance allowed her to enter the workforce at a young age, enriching her financial independence and strengthening her passion for understanding organizational dynamics while continuing to cultivate values that she embraces in her daily life and that are fundamental to her: honesty, respect and responsibility, among others.
Throughout her career, Luisa has worked in various types of economies, providing her with a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities across different sectors. Her experience has revealed a common pattern: companies are powerful agents capable of replicating mindsets across diverse societies.
